so i've been cruising around hong kong and have found that there are all these little hidden parks nestled between all the taller buildings of hong kong, it's pretty cool to see a city that is so built up hasn't forgotten about natural surroundings too. well have tried not to forget. this is a little spot in central that i stumbled across, such a peaceful place in a crazy city. can't wait to find some other secrets this city has on offer!(a.p.c shirt, christian lines shorts, common projects shoes, maison martin margiela ring)

view from the top
i need to explain the events of this day so you fully understand what went down. the concept was easy, something pretty commercial, sunny day, a few friends hanging out on a rooftop, a few drinks, music, just chilling and having fun, it was supposed to be a fun and easy shoot. unfortunately, it was quite the opposite, exactly what we weren't hoping for, a cloudy and rainy day (actually thunderstorms) and the extremely painful hangovers from the debauchery of the night before. so now the shoot concept changes, no more music, no more "fun" vibe and definitely no more drinks! and even no more group, we decided on solo shots so we could rest up individually between. it was a painful day, actually quite funny now that i look back.
luckily, everyone involved managed to man up and we actually produced some really nice images.

sheung wan, hong kong
after living in hong kong for a few months now, my friend christian came to visit. i've moved out of the serviced apartment and into my own pad equipped with a rooftop. right now it's pretty bare with actually no furniture but in the coming months i'll be sure to deck it out. still, it's really nice to just chill with a wine and just take in the view of the city.
