for those who don't know me personally, i've been obsessing over overalls. i'm dying to get a pair , tailored to fit perfectly, and made with really nice fabrics, possibly a wool or something on that line. just to give it a bit more of a dressed up vibe.well, it always seems impossible to find the exact piece you want, and right now, it seems nobody is really making these babies, so maybe i should just invest in a custom pair. in the meantime, my amazing girlfriend got me these bad boys, some vintage levi's, i have to admit, they're pretty ill.

friday night lights

this is my good friend marta, we met here in hong kong after sharing a light, and bonded over our love of frozen yoghurt and massive slices of pizza. it's kind of funny, my friend was actually trying to pick her up and failed miserably. she's a bit out of his league!


marta was perfect for this shoot, i wanted the shoot to obviously be sporty, but also sexy.
she's a really athletic girl and gives of this dominant power as well so the shoot turned out great and had that perfect amount of fashion, sport and sex appeal.

for once it's not extremely humid that i feel like i'm living in a sauna, the night is actually cool and the sky is clear. a perfect night to just hang out on the roof with good friends and good beer.

i had been sitting on an idea for a while where i wanted to do a sports inspired shoot. finally this came to be. here's a little teaser from the late night shoot. can't wait to see the final edits!

in bloom

the 90's receives so many positive and negative reviews. personally, i grew up in the 90's and i love it, everything from snapping that top button, the checks and khaki's, even the excessive amount of denim.


for this shoot, i decided to focus on 90's grunge, and giving it a modern twist with a touch of luxury, just a touch. the girl evie just moved to honkers too so was awesome to be able to link up and shoot together in a new city. this is definitely not the last time we'll be working together.
she's too good!
